Turkey Feather Measuring

Bring out the linking cubes and let kids measure turkey feathers! You can also use plastic links, paper clips, or other manipulatives for measuring. Thanksgiving Count and Sort

More and Less Game

In this Thanksgiving-themed comparison game, children draw two pumpkin pie cards and decide which pie has more and which has less. Of course, the turkey wants the most, so feed the turkey the pie with the most and place the other card in the “discard” pile!  

Use ten-frame pies, marshmallow counting pies, or numeral cards to differentiate for your students’ skill levels.
